When Jimmy’s Farm rare breed pigs began four years ago, his vision has not only stop pigs. His vision is a farm specializing in breeding rare breeds of pigs, cows and sheep was created. Maple Farm in Kelsal is a small family farm in Suffolk. A few years ago we started our fields to organic farming, the understanding of natural processes, rather than converting to include pesticides and fertilizers. Since then grow, we have seen the health of our soils and enhance bird populations.

Our goal is to develop and sell products locally: organic vegetables from the garden from flour is at home from our organic grain ground – we have our own factory stone cottage – also honey and organic eggs from our flocks of laying hens. This is a farm, in the traditional manner, and Suffolk Punch horses and other rare species of animals on the farm. Alder Carr Farm Shop and PYO
