Not many companies have their own TV show, but the nation has been fascinated by trials and tribulations of the Bauer. When Jimmy’s Farm rare breed pigs began four years ago, his vision has not only stop pigs. His vision is a farm specializing in breeding rare breeds of pigs, cows and sheep was created. He wanted an environment where everyone can learn more about agriculture, food and nature. The result is the way of timber and livestock paddock Jimmy. The company also offers an active resource for education, courses for children during school holidays and the new Jimmy’s Adventure Playground – two areas that crazy, one for toddlers and one for those who are a bit more grown. Based in the picturesque village of Lower Ufford Deben Valley close to the coast of Suffolk Heritage, the Ufford Produce and Provision Company is a Village Store and post office with a difference. With the owners to reduce food miles, which offers customers the experience of visiting a Farmers Market every day of the week.
As a fresh produce from surrounding farms all meat products from suppliers who raise their animals for slaughter and in a 30 mile radius of the store. Traceability is the key and the company owner has visited all his suppliers and is happy to talk to customers about the origin of meat products in the store. Willow Tree Farm Shop selling as much seasonal and local ingredients as possible, and that’s all great quality. There are cheese and chicken, cakes and breads, as well as classic frozen vegetables and prepared foods. Willow also has a wide range of locally produced jams and chutneys, oils and sauces, and they are worth a visit during the short asparagus season they taste alone!

Maple Farm in Kelsal is a small family farm in Suffolk. A few years ago we started our fields to organic farming, the understanding of natural processes, rather than converting to include pesticides and fertilizers. Since then grow, we have seen the health of our soils and enhance bird populations.

Our goal is to develop and sell products locally: organic vegetables from the garden from flour is at home from our organic grain ground – we have our own factory stone cottage – also honey and organic eggs from our flocks of laying hens. Kentwell Hall is a magnificent Tudor Hall surrounded by timber framed agricultural buildings and extensive gardens. This is a farm, in the traditional manner, and Suffolk Punch horses and other rare species of animals on the farm. Kentwell Hall also organize spectacular events on the ground, then a visit to the Farm Shop is a must.

Assington Farm Shop offers a shop at the farm (which offers a wide range of premises and the fruits, vegetables, canned food, cheese, cakes ….), Plant Center, Farm and trails and a coffee maker hat.

Alder Carr Farm Shop and PYO
Needham Market, near Ipswich
Open all year from Tuesday to Sunday and Bank and Horus was Monday.

Known for fantastic homemade ice cream, Alder Carr Farm also offers a wide shop full of fresh local and some organic products. There is also a restaurant on the premises of the farm, and a center for trade.

Every month (3rd Saturday), there is a great Farmers Market and in the season, you can create a variety of fruits and vegetables.
