SUNY Cobleskill Equine Studies Programs

SUNY (State University of New York) Cobleskill in Cobleskill, New York. The College is a four public college that houses about 2,500 students and is located about 40 minutes southwest of Albany. The school offers several Equine Studies Programs, and currently has about 75 students who have a horse in connection with moderation. Students can either associate or bachelor’s degree in a very cozy get on horseback. Associates and a Bachelor prepare students for a range of different professions, including:

The riding has many wonderful properties promote the student learning. The riding center has new state of the art, indoor arena, several outdoor courts, and miles of meadows and hiking trails. The hotel also offers many services such as training, breeding, lessons, clinics enables storage, and the Center students practical experience with running a large company and horses have ease.

Once a student has completed their studies, they will be ready to go for higher studies in areas such as horse behavior, nutrition, physiology, veterinary science or education. If a student decides not to higher education, bachelor and associate degree programs are preparing to follow students for immediate success in all areas related to disease.

The college offers a conscious B. Tech Animal Science Equine Track, designed to provide students the opportunity to apply their skills in the areas of science horses to sharpen competition and corporate governance. This program offers students the opportunity to expand and build on previous experience and to increase the background of their knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively in a variety of horse related fields. The Bachelor of Technology in Agriculture and Equine Business Management with Business advisement track focuses on all aspects of management of the horse industry. It is a comprehensive program that offers flexibility so that each student can design their own educational experience and still get the skills they need to ensure that they are able to achieve their long-term career goals. Students who do not want you to a bachelor’s degree in exercise one of the associate’s degree from the university. The Associate of Applied Science in Equine Science will be the students the opportunity to learn about equine health, horse behavior, training, breeding, nutrition, management and fodder beet. There are additional courses, students also can choose dressage and jumping, scratching, training, reining, driving, versatility and conventional courses and therapeutic riding instructor.

Students, the Associate degree are urged to a specific subject area you choose one of four areas offered by the university. Students may choose to specialize in the management of the farm horses, the performance of the training of horses, therapeutic riding and management of whole blood.
